Can somebody explain which Acer Support Software works for my laptop, and how to install it?

Hello all.
I've recently bought an Acer Aspire 3 laptop (Product Name: Aspire AS15-42). I've bought it off a non-Acer ecommerce platform (Flipkart, link below) - I've shared the link to buy the product page on Acer's website also, below, for reference to the product in question.

Flipkart link: https://www.flipkart.com/acer-aspire-3-amd-ryzen-7-octa-core-7730u-16-gb-1-tb-ssd-windows-11-pro-a325-42-thin-light-laptop/p/itm2885fc401935e

Acer website product page link: https://store.acer.com/en-in/acer-aspire-amd-ryzen-r7-7730u-processor-16-gb-ram-512gb-ssd-full-hd-ips-15-6-39-62-cm-windows-11-home-pure-silver-1-79-kg-as15-42-backlit-keyboard-thin-and-light-laptop

I attempted to find the relevant software and any necessary drivers (and documentation) on Acer's support pages. I am asked to enter the Serial No. (or SNID or Product Name) on the support landing page (image attached, filename starting with '01-Screenshot'). However, one of two things happens when I enter the Serial No.:
1. An error states that 'the serial no. does not exist'
2. A page with multiple blank fields turns up (image attached, filename starting with '02-Screenshot'). My presumption is that this is some sort of database/loading issue. By blank, I mean that if I click on the dropdown for the OS, there are no values to select from.

I've already spoken to Acer's phone support (here in India), but according to them (two separate representatives) - 'if the page turns up blank, that means that there are no drivers available'. I had to stress on how the absence of documentation (such as manuals etc.) is not ok and not normal - finally got an email to escalate to (which I've written to), and a promise from the second representative to escalate it internally as well.

I'm anticipating a lengthy process of discovering how big/bad the problem is here, so am concurrently requesting advice from the community who may have faced similar issues. Also, is there a way to work around the unavailability of download links on Acer (at least, ones accessible the 'normal' way for me) and still go ahead and download AcerSense from any trusted source?

My laptop usage has been very light so far, and have faced only minor issues:
a) The laptop takes multiple/long power-button presses when booting up from a cold-start
b) The laptop abruptly went into 'hibernate' state once with a critical battery level warning at 80% battery - with the battery settings showing critical battery level actions set for <10%.
I was hoping to run Acer's diagnostic software to figure out any issues, but am stuck due to the support-related problems stated above.

Thanks, in advance!
