Let’s get this cleared up, so you have an Intel A310 ECO 4GB GDDR6 memory gpu card and you are connecting it to the Acer Veriton 2580 desktops with its 1x PCIe4 x4 M.2 SSD slot, I presume that you are using an ADT R3G M.2 NVMe to PCIe X16 or similar adapter, as this desktop hasn’t got an x16 PCIe slot, and the Intel A310 ECO gpu card doesn't boot into windows and its just restarting the PC in a loop.

There is not much info on the Acer Veriton N2580 desktops using an external gpu into an M.2 slot, all I can tell you is that your Veriton N2580 M.2 SSD slot is a Gen 4 x4 lane type slot and if this card loops at boot and the other gpu’s like the GTX1050 and RX570 work, and you also have the N2580s last bios, then the Intel A310 ECO gpu is not compatible with your desktop.

I suggest that you use a better performing gpu like the GTX1050ti or even a GTX1080ti as these gpu’s would be a much better performing gpu than the Intel A310 ECO 4GB, don't worry that the A310 ECO is PCI Express 4.0 x8 card (as that could also be the problem) as that means nothing, as you will never ever utilize that gpu speed with your Veriton N2580 desktop, so try those alternative card option. Good luck and hope this helps you out.
