I have Acer Predator Orion 7000 PO7-640 , problem with performance of GPUs.
i7-12700K , 2 x8GB DDR5 5200MHz, 500GN NVMe , I tested RTX 3080, RTX 3070 and always there is problem with Passmark 3D, User Benchmark , it shows about 70% performance.
It is strange ways, part of tests , DirectX9 and last part comes with very low performance , abut 50% expected, some parts of Passmark test goes super , as expected or about 10% better.
I used default settings in BIOS , updated BIOS , downgraded BIOS, used i7-12700K . i5-12600K.
Tried to use PCIE auto , and PCIe 4-gen , but nothing better.

Anyone knows something what can I to do for to get NORMAL output ?

Download and run userbenchmark then post result page link here.

(Skip/ignore prebench). If it say server is busy then close app completely and try again after 1-2min

Just another reason why you are getting the "problem with performance of GPUs" in your PO7-640 desktop, as this desktop is a 2022 released desktop and if you have never ever changed the thermal paste and pads in your RTX3070 and RTX3080, it has to be changed, as it has a tremendous affect on performance and overheating of these gpu's, like their vram or gpu chip could be overheating and affecting performance.

Allot of the gpu cards on the market today past and present, their performance is affected because their thermals are wrongly applied and designed and not changed, as after and at max 12 months, they need to be changed, example, their gpu paste, their chip paste and especially the thermal pads of the vram chips, especially if you game allot, as that is why they overheat and slow down and don't perform, as updating firmware and their graphics drivers will do nothing if the thermals are shot and do not reduce heat.

Have a look at this specialist site called N-W Repair as this guy is an absolute amazing technician that specializes in repairing gpu's and changing thermals and repairing faulty gpu chips, vram chips, he also completely reballas these chips in an unbelievable way, makes his own templets etc etc and has all the diagnostic tools to fix NVidia RTX gpu's or AMD RX gpu's, and he repairs gpu's from anywhere around the world. Its worth watching and taking tips from him, especially as he specialiszes in desktops gpu cards like your PO7-640 desktop has the RTX3080 and RTX3070 which he rpeaiurs allot. Good luck and hope this helps you out further.
