I own an Acer Nitro 5 AN515-53-52FA laptop. Recently, I took it to a local repair shop due to a motherboard issue. After inspection, they replaced my Wi-Fi card and made some changes to the board.
Now I'm facing several problems:
- Wi-Fi is working, but Bluetooth is not functioning at all.
- My keyboard is behaving abnormally for example, when I press 'Q', it types 'I', and other keys are also mismatched.
- Speakers are crackling, even after installing the latest drivers from Acer's official website.
- The right speaker doesn't work at all.
- When I check the system information, the product name has changed to "Acer Aspire XXXX" and the serial number shows as 1234567890, instead of the original Nitro 5 information.
Due to the incorrect product name and serial number, I believe I'm not getting the correct drivers, which may be causing some of these issues.
Please help me:
- Restore the correct product name and serial number.
- Get the correct drivers for my model.
- Fix the Bluetooth, keyboard, and audio issues.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
