I invested for a particular game, and it worked for the first few months. but I started experiencing launching issues, so I tried a whole system reset, because the information reading was

Installed RAM 8.00 GB (7.69 GB usable)

I thought it'd go back to its' origin state when I got it, but the data stayed or something?
I've done all the hacks via BIOS and Enviromental Values.
Also the youtube guide along tutorials'.
I'm hoping if I send it in to be serviced, does anybody know whether or not that would resolve and restore the laptop RAM?
Or will it not make a difference? I play only one game on here.
I'm not sure I'll have the space for a PC.
So if it doesn't make a difference, what model should I be looking at instead?
