Don't try to change that. It's broken.

Many Nitro and Predator users have tried changing the boot logo, but it often causes the system to get stuck at the logo screen. The solution isn't straightforward — in some cases, it requires swapping the SSD from laptops to remove nitrosense field, and in the worst case, a visit to the acer service center.

While NitroSense allows users to select a boot logo, the changes don't always apply correctly upon restart, and some users have reported experiencing boot loops or freezes.
Here's a breakdown of the issue and potential solutions:-

    NitroSense Compatibility Issues:-
NitroSense might be encountering compatibility issues with the system's software or hardware configuration, preventing the boot logo change from taking effect.

    Boot Loop/Freeze:
Some users have reported that after changing the boot logo, their laptop gets stuck in a boot loop or freezes during startup.

    Incorrect File Format/Resolution:
The chosen boot logo file might not be in the correct format (e.g., JPG/JPEG, GIF) or resolution (e.g., 768x432).

    Troubleshooting Steps:-

    1. Check Compatibility: Ensure NitroSense and its drivers are up to date.
Verify that the chosen boot logo file format and resolution are supported by NitroSense.
    2. Restart and Check BIOS: If the boot logo doesn't change, restart the laptop and enter the BIOS settings.
Look for settings related to boot animation or logo display and ensure they are enabled.
    3. Consider BIOS Update: An outdated BIOS could be a cause of the problem. Check the Acer support website for your specific model for the latest BIOS update.

NitroSense’s boot logo customization feature is buggy and inconsistent across models, including the Nitro V15. Even when following all the correct steps—using a JPEG or GIF in the right resolution—the logo often fails to apply, or the system doesn’t restart properly to trigger the change.
