Your TravelMate Spin B311RN-31 has an embedded eMMC (eMMC 5.1) 64GB or 128GB drive and provisions for a 1x M.2 SSD (SATA/PCIE) drive.

I suggest that you do a hard reset first, by opening the back of the laptop and disconnecting and takeing out the main battery, then disconnect the RTC/BIOS battery and at this bios batteries board plug (as shown below) shot the plugs +&- pins to reset CMOS and put everything back and see if the laptop reboots properly and see if the boot drive is recognized.

If the above reset doesn't work then its the boot drive that is faulty and needs fixing, if the OS is on the eMMC soldered drive and you have valuable data, then you need to take your laptop to a recovery technician so they can recover this data for you, if not then reinstall the Win-10 OS onto the M.2 SSD SATA/PCI drive and see if the laptop works. Good luck and hope this helps you out.
