How can I check my warranty status? There's no update yet until now about my registration.

When I check it through this link <https://warranty.acer.com.ph/lookup> my serial number appears to be invalid and why is that?

    To check the warranty status of your laptop, visit the Acer support website and select your country where you registered your device. Click on "Warranty" and then "Warranty Checker." Enter your laptop's serial number (not the SNID), which can be found on the back of your laptop. Here is the link to the Acer support website:

    You need to have an Acer registered account and then register your Acer product at the "register a Product" shown below, as afterwards the Acer product will appear in your account like shown below. Hope this helps you out further.
