Problem with installing Nitrosense on my new laptop Nitro ANV16-71

Hello, i bought my laptop week ago. The laptop model is Acer Nitro ANV16-71. I installed all drivers and also updated BIOS. For my model in drivers section on acer website there is Nitrosense v. 5.0.1452. The problem is when i run setup.exe it installs nitrosense config and installer, but nitrosense app is not avaliable even when i press Nitro button on keyboard. It is starting process in Task manager, but it ends immediately. I tried different variants like downloading older versions ( they fail because of model check in application). For OS i am using Windows 10 22H2. I will not install windows 11. Also, i tried to run APPX package in UWP folder, but it gives error. I think it is broken because it is working on older versions of nitrosense application. Also i tried installing Nitrosense v.5.0.1413, it is the other option in drivers section for my model. It is not working like v.5.0.1452.

Please help me to install nitrosense software!

Your Nitro ANV16-71 is a laptop that is designed by Acer to run on Win-11 version 24H2 and should be updated fully to run the last OS build: 26100.4770 OS, as the problem is when you say this…"For OS i am using Windows 10 22H2. I will not install windows 11" …as the Nitro Sense App v.5.0.1413 for the ANV16-71 laptop only works in Win-11 and does not work in Win-10.

I suggest that you do a clean install of Win-11 24H2 and also on the installation bootable USB, make sure that you put the ANV16-71 "IRST (Intel® Rapid Storage Technology) Driver - version 19.5.7.1058 and you install this driver @ the Win-11 installation process at > Where do you want to install Windows? > Load driver > so that the M.2 SSD boot drive is recognized and then you can finish the Win-11 OS installation process, as your Nitro V16 ANV16-71 will work and perform allot quicker and better with Win-11 and you will be able to install its Nitro Sense fully, otherwise and if you persist with using the Win-10 OS, you will not have access to Nitro Sense.
