Acer tc1780 won't boot after failed BIOS update, black screen, long beep + short beep on boot

Hi, I have an Acer TC-1780.
I was installing a BIOS update, but it failed. When the system rebooted, the screen remained black and the PC became unresponsive.
Now, when I power it on, it plays one long beep followed by a short beep, then powers off after about 30 seconds. There is no display output, and the keyboard does not seem to be receiving power either.
I’ve tried the recovery method where you format a USB drive as FAT32, take the .CAP file from the BIOS update, rename it to RCVBOOT.CAP, and insert the USB drive. Unfortunately, that didn’t work. I’ve tried all USB ports.
Thanks for any help!

Hi @willbilec I'm afraid the BIOS has been corrupted, and if the reinstallation method didn't work, I don't know if there's another option.
Please wait for more responses or contact Acer directly to find out if an official service center can reprogram it, although there may be a cost for the procedure in support.acer.com

Were you able to boot the USB Drive ??

Also it's long shot but unplug the AC and remove the bios battery, let it sit overnight and possibly it's find a default Bios file ??
