The colours on the screen look very un-saturated and when watching videos it looks as though there is a net curtain in front. How can I adjust the contrast?

Start by adjusting the Intel Graphics settings. You can do this by right-clicking on the desktop and opening either the Intel Graphics Control Panel or Command Center, then navigating to the display color settings where you can fine-tune contrast, brightness, and saturation. Next, check your Windows Display settings to ensure Night Light or any blue light filters are turned off, as these can mute colors and reduce vibrancy. Finally, visit Acer’s official support site, enter your exact Aspire 3 model, and download the latest Intel or AMD display drivers. Updated drivers often improve color rendering and ensure safe compatibility with your hardware.

Hi, depending on how old your laptop is, this could be an indication of screen deterioration: After 4–5 years colors may appear washed out, blacks turn grayish, and overall vibrance weakens.

Thank you for your answer but this is a brand new Windows 11 laptop.
