I recently got an Acer Swift X 14 (SFX14-72G-5293)

Specs: Core Ultra 5 125h, RTX3050 6gb, 16gb, 512gb, 2.8k Oled 120hz.

Previously bought by my brother but since he got another laptop from his office and this had just been sitting there, I got this laptop for myself. This laptop might have seen like a month of use or so before I got it, and I have been using it for around a week now.

Before I took ownership of it my brother made me reset the PC. But on doing so it seems that it also removed the preinstalled drivers and all the factory settings that the laptop came with. How do I tweak it back to factory settings and make it exactly like how it would have been if it was brand new out of the box. It feels unoptimized right now. And a lot of things are simply not running at all. Like the DTSX audio tuning feature doesn't show up at all (I tried installing the driver from the laptop's acer product site but it couldn't install it, maybe I don't know how to install it), the face recognition camera etc.

And my battery life also sucks, like I get 2.5 hours at most when used normally (like just browsing and youtube) whereas when I first got my hands on the laptop (around 2 weeks ago) it would show 7hrs when I'd hover over the battery and in use it was similar as well (I'd even be fine with 5hrs honestly, but now the most I've ever even seen it show is 3hrs). I normally use it at the lowest brightness, I've even set the preferred GPU to integrated on the NVIDIA control panel for normal use.

Can someone guide me through how to get it back to how the laptop originally was out of the factory/box for my specific model.
