I have recently installed Intel 210AX into my laptop and it looks like my Bluetooth driver is missing from Driver manager. How do I get Bluetooth?

    Hi, BIZ_4,
AX210 Bluetooth Not Working on Aspire 7 A715-71G? Here's Why The Intel AX210 card does support Bluetooth 5.2/5.3, but on the Aspire 7 A715-71G, Bluetooth may not function due to hardware signal routing limitations.

    🔍 What’s happening:

    • The AX210 uses USB signaling for Bluetooth via the M.2 slot.
    • On many Aspire 7 units — including the A715-71G — the M.2 slot is Wi-Fi-only, with no USB lines routed, so Bluetooth won’t initialize.
    • This isn’t a driver issue — it’s a motherboard-level limitation.

    🛠️ What you can try:

    1. Install the latest Intel Bluetooth driver manually: 👉 https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/19349/intel-wireless-bluetooth-for-windows-10-and-windows-11.html
    2. Reboot and check Device Manager.
    3. If Bluetooth still doesn’t appear, the slot lacks USB routing — confirmed by other Aspire 7 users with AX200/AX210 cards.

💡 Solution: Use a USB Bluetooth dongle. It bypasses the motherboard limitation and restores full Bluetooth functionality.

From the Device Manager caption that you have provided above, your Network adapters and Bluetooth sections are not detecting the Intel or Mediatek card for your Aspire A715-51G laptop, go to the Acer support page, and download the oem Network and BT drivers first, and use the Acer supplied drivers and then install it through Device Manager, afterwards, allow Win-11 Windows Update to update to the most compatible last driver versions that windows has for your card, as that is the best way to update these drivers. This is a very easy thing to do and install so that both the WLAN and BT works in your laptop.

If your cards WLAN or BT is faulty, then these cards symptoms and diagnoses are that they either work and they have the correct drivers or it they don't and the card needs replacing, which very rarely happens, as it mostly that their drivers are corrupted and they don't work, and you need to reinstall the drivers again. Good luck and hope this helps you out further.

If your Aspire A715-51G model Wi-Fi/BT card is faulty then the below cards is what Acer fitted oem to this laptop, so replace the card. Search the web with the Acer part number on the right.
