So I have a PHN16-72 laptop and I'm trying to do a USB install of windows because of some stuff that has been happening and when I get to the install screen, the NVMe isn't there for some reason. I've opened command prompt and it also only detects the USB and nothing else

If you mean by " NVMe is not there" which is the bootable M.2 SSD drive, then you need to put your Predator Neo PHN16-72 laptops > IRST (Intel® Rapid Storage Technology) Driver version 19.5.7.1058 onto the Win-11 bootable installation USB drive as when you get to the Win-11 installation section at > Where do you want to install Windows? > Load driver> you need to install this IRST driver so that the bootable USB is recognized and you can continue the Win-11 installation and finish your clean install of Win-11 24H2 and update it to its last OS build: 6100.4652. So do that as that is where you are going wrong. Good luck and hope this helps you out.

This is the Win-11 section where you need to load the IRST driver @ Load driver

where do you want to intall windows.jpg
