I reinstalled windows 11 on my Acer nitro 5 AN515-58 laptop, but after that my HDMI port not working when I try to connect it with my external screen and also My Nvidia dedicated graphics GPU not detected in my laptop.

I try to troubleshoot all the things by updating graphics driver from device manager but it shows integrated intel drivers in it and nothing troubleshooting process works for me at all.
