This is my last and final warning before I take legal and public action. I am writing this email out of pure frustration, anger, and deep mental suffering caused by Acer’s shamefully poor service.

For the past 2 months, I have been dealing with a constant blue screen (BSOD) issue on my Acer laptop. Your engineer came and replaced the SSD — the issue was NOT solved. He then falsely reported to your company that the problem was fixed, which is a blatant lie. After further diagnosis, it was confirmed that the motherboard needs to be replaced, but no one has bothered to take action.

I’ve spent ₹2,50,000 on this laptop, and in return, I’ve received zero value, no solution, and the worst customer support I’ve ever experienced. Your engineer stopped responding, the service center ignored me, and the supervisor spoke to me in a disrespectful and arrogant manner. I am a customer, not someone to be insulted.

Because of your company’s delays and carelessness, I have not been able to work for 2 full months. But even worse:

I MISSED A LIFE-CHANGING MICROSOFT INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY

 because my system was down, and I was unable to submit required tasks. That was my dream and a huge career milestone — and Acer destroyed it for me.

Your horrible service has caused me:

  • Severe mental stress and anxiety
  • Sleepless nights
  • Missed work and financial losses
  • Permanent damage to my career
  • Feeling of being cheated, ignored, and disrespected

You don’t just owe me a repair — you owe me justice.

I am demanding:

  1. Immediate replacement of the faulty motherboard
  2. A written apology from Acer
  3. Proper compensation for all the mental, financial, and career damage caused by this nightmare

If I do not get a proper and immediate response within 48 hours, I will:

  • File a case in consumer court
  • Post this complaint with proof across all social media platforms
  • Tag major news and tech outlets
  • Submit it to public consumer complaint boards

Acer has not only failed as a company — it has damaged a student’s future. And I will make sure the world knows how your service really works.
