    Hi davidbartz79,

The Predator Orion PO3-655, like most desktops, typically offers just one internal USB-C header, and there's no easy way to add more unless the motherboard specifically supports it.

    🧩 Options you can consider:

    • PCIe USB-C Expansion Card: Adds extra USB-C ports to the back of the system (external access). Some models support up to 20 Gbps or even Thunderbolt 3/4.
    • Powered USB-C Hub or Dock: Connects via USB-C or USB-A and gives you multiple USB-C ports externally—for peripherals, drives, or displays.
    • Front Panel Upgrade (case permitting): If your case has a USB-C cutout but lacks a header, there are adapters or modules that connect via PCIe, though speeds may vary.
    • Motherboard Replacement: Only worth considering if you're planning a full rebuild—very few consumer boards have more than one internal USB-C header.

🔌 Internal USB-C headers aren't standardized, so most upgrades will involve external USB-C access, not true motherboard-level internal ports.

Let me know if you'd like help picking a compatible PCIe card or hub. Cheers!

To add more USB-C connections to your Acer Predator Orion PO3-655 desktop, you can install a USB-C PCIe expansion card. This card will provide additional USB-C ports and can be easily installed in an available PCIe slot on your motherboard. Alternatively, you can use a USB-C hub connected to an existing USB port if you prefer a less involved solution.

    1. PCIe Expansion Card:
    Locate a PCIe slot:
Open your computer case and identify an available PCIe slot (usually long and black) on your motherboard.
    Install the card:
Carefully insert the USB-C PCIe expansion card into the chosen slot, ensuring it's properly seated.
    Connect the card:
Some cards may require a connection to a power source (like a SATA power connector from your PSU).
    Install drivers:
If the card requires specific drivers, you may need to install them after connecting the card to your computer.
    2. USB-C Hub:
Choose a hub: Select a USB-C hub with the desired number of ports and features (e.g., data transfer speeds, charging capability).
Connect the hub: Plug the USB-C hub into an existing USB port on your computer.
Connect devices: Connect your USB-C devices to the hub's ports.
