This has been a long problem on my laptop. I thought after replacing the speakers the problem would've gone away, but no. To give some context, while listening to (e.g.) music the speakers would make a very subtle pop/crackle sound followed by the audio dipping or being muffled. Not sure what the problem is, I've already inspect the speakers with no sign of damage, any other insight will be helpful. Cheers.

Hi, what Windows11 version do you have 23H2 or 24H2? Note that BIOS 1.12 was optimized for Windows 10 20H2, not Windows 11. No official Windows 11 drivers means Acer won’t guarantee full compatibility or support. The Ryzen 5 3550H and Ryzen 7 3750H are not officially listed among the supported CPUs for Windows 11 24H2. if you have Windows 10 or W11 23H2 installed download DDU freeware from Wagnardsoft.com and boot to Safe Mode. Uninstall all Realtek audio drivers in Safe Mode with DDU (see picture, box 2) and don't install any drivers. Windows11 will install the correct audio driver and AMD codec. Wait with upgrading to Windows11 24H2 till Acer releases a new BIOS.
