Despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received a clear resolution or timeline for when our desktop will be repaired or returned. It has now been over a month, and I have not been updated on the status of the repair or service process.

My concerns are as follows:

  1. Lack of Communication: I have not received timely updates or responses to my inquiries.
  2. Delays in Service: The initial estimate for repair or resolution has clearly not been met.
  3. Inconvenience: This delay has caused significant disruption to our daily work, and we are highly inconvenienced as we rely on our desktop for daily routine work.

Request for Immediate Action:

We kindly request that you:

  1. Provide an immediate update on the status of our service request.
  2. Ensure that our desktop is either repaired or replaced promptly.
  3. Offer appropriate compensation or an alternative solution for the ongoing delays and inconvenience caused.
