I have an Acer ACTAB1125, purchased 20/03/2025 and now I see "This device hasn't had a system updated in more than 20 months" the tablet will not update so I "tried" asking support on their webpage when I enter my device SN number and/or serial number it is not recognised & I can get no further. so, yes, support are USELESS.
If I had known that this was going to be a problem, with a brand new tablet I would never have brought an Acer tablet!
so learn from this, if you need support you are on your own!
If any Acer support staff read this( I am not holding my breath) get back to me
