    Hi @ErnDncc,

    In theory, Intel® Core™ i9-13900H processors have support for APO (Limited support with Advanced Mode):

    Intel® Application Optimization Overview

    Have you tried downloading and unzipping the contents of the DPTF_Intel_9.0.11202.31222_W11x64_A.zip file into a temporary folder. And then install it by running the Install.cmd file (Admin mode)?

    Welcome @Asia526,

    Have you checked that the firmware of your Nitro V15 is updated to the latest available version (1.26 or higher)?

    https://www.acer.com/us-en/support/product-support/Nitro_ANV15-51/downloads?suggest=ANV15;7

    Because failed to connect error message could be a result of one or all below missing components:

    Error: "Failed To Connect" While Opening Intel® Application Optimization

    although I downloaded it, this problem has not been solved and I keep getting the same error

    bios version in the most current state is 1.26

    i think the solution to this problem is to add the dtt section to the bios

    @ErnDncc,

    If the problem persists, try the procedure in this FAQ (courtesy of MSI), which consists of removing the Intel(R) Dynamic Tuning Technology (DTT) software components via the Device Manager (devmgmt.msc). Then install them again from the file DPTF_Intel_9.0.11202.31222_W11x64_A.zip (see link above).

    There are reports that Intel APO may require the Intel Dynamic Tuning (DTT) driver version 11405. In this case, you will need to check with Acer support to see if they can update you and provide this update.
