Hi Nitro community,

I'm a new and happy owner of a Nitro 5 (the AN515-58 model)! The machine is a beast, but I've run into a really weird bug with one specific game and I'm hoping someone here might have an idea what's going on.

The Problem:
I'm trying to play a game called Merge Fellas, and for some reason, it's causing an unlimited screen shake. The moment the game loads, the entire screen starts to jitter and shake uncontrollably, making it completely unplayable. This doesn't happen with any other game I've tested (like Apex Legends or Valorant).

What I've Tried:

  • Restarting the laptop.
  • Reinstalling the game from scratch.
  • Toggling V-Sync and Motion Blur off in the game settings.
  • Updating my NVIDIA drivers to the latest version.
  • Monitoring temperatures with NitroSense – everything is cool, well under 75°C.

I'm starting to wonder if it's a specific setting in the NVIDIA Control Panel or a weird conflict with a recent Windows 11 update.

Since it's a visual bug, it's really hard to describe. I've put together a Google Doc that includes a short video of the bug and my full DxDiag report in case it helps.

Has anyone seen a bug like this before on their Nitro? Is there a specific graphics setting I should try changing? Any help would be appreciated!
