Crossposted from the Microsoft Community page as I think this may be more helpful.

My laptop is the Predator PT314-51s gaming laptop running Windows 11 version 10.0.26100 (at the date of this post, it is the most recent version.)

None of the keys on my laptop keyboard work. The letters don't type, the F1 F2 etc keys do nothing, the Windows key does not work, the Predator key does not work, etc. I know the keyboard is getting power because the LEDs in it are lit up just fine.

I am using an external keyboard to type this and it also works just fine.

However, something odd is that when I click the CapsLock key on my laptop's keyboard, the corner light indicator does not light up. When I click the CapsLock key on my external keyboard, the laptop's CapsLock key DOES light up.

I have tried everything in this Microsoft thread with no changes: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/windows-11-keyboard-troubleshooting-is-missing/26e18563-5f92-417d-b5db-41c73055939e

I have also tried everything from this article with no changes: https://www.kapilarya.com/keyboard-not-working-in-windows-11-fix

I am open to any and all suggestions. Thank you!
