Error Code 45 in Acer Nitro 5. If anyone could help that would be great!

Hey so im dumb and I accidentally uninstalled my Nvidia drivers from the control panel. It still shows up ( when show hidden items is selected) but whenever I try and re download the drivers it wont be let install them because it says I dont have the GPU.

I see error code 45 on the control panel under my inactive driver. I have seen on forums something about running ddu in safe mode, but what is ddu really how do I run it? I found one to download and i got a compressed folder but nothing happens when I extract the file.

I have no clue what im doing, if anyone could help that would be great!

Use DDU and reinstall your GPU driver from the Nvidia software site. DDU instructions are given in Step 1 of the guide below.
