Acer Nitro V Warranty repair completed, no tracking number in Email?

My warranty repair case for laptop nitro V is complete. and says they shipped my laptop and will send me an email. But in the email it shows NO TRACKING NUMBER? as seen in screenshots when highlighting text from line below running to line above, it shows no input text? This seems very suspicious, and not normal.

Who can i contact to get my tracking number for my case?
How can i get the tracking number?

    Welcome @Leeto,

    Most likely they just forgot to attach the tracking number for the shipment of your laptop!

    Try to check your inbox (or has been accidentally moved to SPAM folder) to see if there isn't an e-mail that has been sent to you with this additional information.
