Hye every one,

Since the last window's update, my laptop which is a acer nitro v16 is slower in everything. The monitor is refreshing slower than before, it takes more time to load a website, when I am seing a movie, I have some little freeze of my screen, all the games I have is running with just 5 FPS (I have 650 Gb of space that is available). The temperature are good (70-85°) when I run a game (The division 2, War Thunder or Minecraft for example). I don't know why my computer is doing like that, it's pretty annoying because my laptop doesn't have 1 year old. Maybe 5 months ago, it did it but in 3-4 days it diseapear because of an uptade but I don't remember. I have check, nvidia pilot's, window's or nitro have the last update as possible.

Some on can help me ?

Thanks

Hi, check for BIOS updates before a Windows update-upgrade and after an update go online and run (paste) these 2 commands as Administrator: Dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth and press Enter, this can take up to 30 minutes to complete, just wait. The next command is the System File Checker: SFC /scannow and press Enter, this either ends with "Found corrupted files that were repaired" or "….did not find any integrity violations" repeat the SFC command till you see the latter. If you want to undo the update(s) you can run System Restore (see picture) to an earlier point if you have System Protection enabled. after restoring you could disable automatic updates till a new BIOS version is released or till the next Windows patch: by disabling Windows Update in Services (Properties-Startup type-Apply). Also a good idea to run Storage Sense after updates to purge old redundant update records in the Temporary bin (left icon at the )bottom, red box)

Ok I have found the problem, that was the last window's update. I have had unistall the version (soft reboot, the one who keep your document, images etc…) and now it's working again.
