Acer Nitro V-15 Black screen, but the system is On. Fan working normally but screen is still black.

Hi everyone,

I just turn my laptop on today , and it wont turn on. The screen is black, but the system is on (After this i will give some photo abt the system turning on). The battery is charging and when i turn it on the blue light next to the charging indicator turn on , the fan is working normally but the screen js still black . The caps lock isnt turn on too. And when i play games and i hit my table (the table didnt absorb the vibration that good) the computer is stuttering and give out a bad noice , and the screen is freeze. I restart the laptop and it came out normally . I got the same issue last year , i already try the method that i use last year but it didnt work. Pls help me!

Intel core I5-13420H

Nvidia RTX 2050 4 GB

DDR5 16 GB

Hi, this is a 2023 model that may still be under warranty, I recommend taking it to Acer Services in your country or opening a "Repair under warranty " ticket, online, with Acer Support in your country and wait for instructions/approval by e-mail.

Hi, Thank you for responding my issue. I just want to know , is this laptop have 2 years warranty for parts or no? I have search the internet and some says its get the 2 years warranty.
