Hi, toggle the F5 or FN+f5 keys that control the display. If no results try the small reset pinhole in the back of your laptop (with a battery sign), stick a pin in that hole till you feel it click (micro switch), keep pressing the pin for a few seconds. This will reset the battery.

The Aspire 15 models are a 2023 released laptop and if your laptop is under 12 months old, its covered by the Acer warranty, so do not open and/or try to fix any hardware issues, send your laptop to Acer Tech Support in your country, so that Acer can fix your laptop.

If its not, then try the below initial fixes as it could be that your Aspire 15 (Aspire 15 A15-51P / A15-51PT / A15-51M / A15-51MT which model is it, as that would help) anyway, it could be that your laptops EC or Chipset chips could be frozen and that is why the laptop boots without an imager or it has a faulty eDP cable and its plugs are shorted and that is why its not showing an image or the screen is faulty.

I suggest that you first do a Hard Reset to unfreeze the EC and Chipset chips by first pressing the power key for 10 seconds to release all power from the laptop, then take the back cover off and the main battery out and the bios battery out also, then short the bios battery plug +&- pins at the mainboard plug to reset CMOS, leave the laptop like that for at least 30 min, so that the laptop resets properly, then reconnect everything and reboot, as your laptop should boot and show an image on the screen.

If it doesn’t then you need to take your laptop to a technician so that they can analyse and pinpoint the exact fault(s) with your laptop that could be all the things mentioned above. Good luck and hope this helps you out further.
