Yes, both the Aspire 3 A315-44P and Aspire 3 A315-59 are Windows11 laptops that support TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot, as these are standard security features required for Windows 11 compatibility. Aspire 3 A315-44P-R9LQ OPI Pure Silver | Acer Philippines Official Store

Both of the Acer Aspire 3 models A315-44P that has the AMD Ryzen 3 or 5 or 7 cpu's and the A315-59 with the 12th Gen Intel cpu come with Win-11 pre installed by Acer and that means that both of these laptops mainboards have the TPM v2.0 chip that is required to be compatible with what Microsoft Win-11 specs require for this OS. I don't know why TPM is a problem for you, as NO manufacturer has any computers that have the Win-11 OS preinstalled without these computers boards not having the TPM chip, so be aware of this. Good luck and hope this helps you out.

Thank you both very much for your answers. I was just a bit confused as those two laptops aren't on the list of windows 11 compatible machines and I know that it is possible to install win 11 on machines without TPM. Also some laptops list TPM 2.0 in the security section of the specifications and these don't mention it anywhere.

I am fairly confident after your posts that I'll be ok with either machine.

would either of you have a view which processor option would provide the best performance please?

    thank you very much

    Richard.
