My Wifi option disappears from Predator Helios 300 model. Is anyone facing this wifi issue?

Since the last 10 days I am facing wifi connectivity issue (wifi option itself disappears) after logging into to laptop from sleep mode or booting the laptop. I have tried minor things on driver, but nothing was helpful. Even the service technician has not been able to figure out the root cause of this issue. He has reinstalled the software twice and still issue persists.

I'm assuming this issue is faced only with this driver "Intel Wireless-AC 9560 160Mhz". It was working fine when it was "Intel Wireless-AC 9560".

Have anyone else faced this kind of wifi issues?

Please share your thoughts if possible.

I suggest that you do a Wi-Fi refresh of the current driver of the Intel AC9650 card with the last driver that is installed and see if that helps. If this driver disappears again then do the same refresh and use the older driver that is in that list and see if that works and doesn't disappear.

If both of these methods don't work then you need to completely uninstall the Wi-Fi driver for the Intel AC9650 card and install the oem Acer provided wireless driver for your model Predator Helios 300, as that driver will work and will be updated by windows update, as it could be that the wireless drivers that you have are corrupted and need to be reinstalled.

Do a Wi-Fi driver refresh like this:

WI-FI Driver Refresh >Go to > Device Manager > Network adapters > select Intel AC9650 card > right click the card Properties > Driver > Update Driver > Browse my computer for drivers > Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer > and then pick the last and most recent dated Wi-Fi driver that is in that list, and reinstall that driver, as afterwards your Wi-Fi should work.

Thanks for your thoughts and suggestions guys!

I did try few of your suggestions, however they were never a permanent fix. For a while after the fixes, it works fine. But then again it ends up with the same issue. So I started using detachable usb type wifi adapter and it is reliable.

Surprisingly now few a times it randomly starts to function normally by connecting to the in-built wifi adapter and again ends up with the same issue.
