The best and safest bios files are from Acer Drivers and Downloads for the model of your Acer product, Acer only updates bios files to a product in the first 3 years max, and not afterwards, so don't expect new bios files after that, as your Acer product does not need these files.

Also there are firmware updates for your Acer product within Windows OS, but I suggest that you DO NOT download the Windows Optional firmware (which in most cases are a bios download or could be a VBIOS update) from Microsoft, as the bios updates have been known to brick laptops and desktops.

I don't know what Ryzen 7 5800H cpu with Radeon graphics you have (as it would help if you gave us that model number) but I suggest that you do all the above and never ever install a bios from another 3rd party site that will have a newer bios version to what Acer has for your Acer product, as a bios update like that, has a big chance of bricking your Acer product or it won't work. Good luck and hope this helps you out.

To update your BIOS, you'll typically need to visit your motherboard manufacturer's website and download the relevant BIOS update file. You'll then need to use a USB drive to transfer the file to your computer and update the BIOS through the BIOS setup utility.

    Here's a more detailed breakdown:
    1. Identify Your Motherboard and BIOS Version:
Determine the exact model of your motherboard. This information is usually found in the computer's BIOS setup or in the System Information utility within Windows.
Note your current BIOS version. This can also be found in the BIOS setup or within Windows.
    2. Find and Download the BIOS Update:
Go to the official website of your motherboard manufacturer (e.g., ASUS, Gigabyte, MSI, ASRock).
Navigate to the support or downloads section of the website.
Locate the downloads for your specific motherboard model.
Identify the appropriate BIOS update file (it will usually be a .zip or .cap file).
Ensure the update is newer than your current BIOS version.
    3. Prepare the USB Drive:
Format a USB drive to FAT32.
Extract the downloaded BIOS update file and copy it to the USB drive.
    4. Update the BIOS:
Restart your computer and enter the BIOS setup (usually by pressing F2, Del, or F10 during boot).
Locate the BIOS update utility within the BIOS menu (e.g., EZ Flash, Q-Flash).
Follow the on-screen instructions to update the BIOS using the USB drive.
    5. Restart and Verify:
Restart your computer and Verify the new BIOS version in the BIOS setup.
