Hi, only PS version 3.00.3042_20201209 from 2021/01/25 is available for your desktop, this version is for Windows10 and won't run with Windows11.

It should work in windows 11 as well.

    1. Download the free version of Revo uninstaller and uninstalled predator sense with it. It's important to let revo scan after uninstall because it'll find garbage files in registry that sense leaves behind and probably corrupts any new install. Let it clear those files.
    2. Go to Acer's website and download PredatorSense for your laptop. (If there's different version of PredatorSense available then try them all one by one and check which one work for you)
    3. Extract folder and run Setup.exe
    4. Run Command prompt as Administrator
    5. type in the following and press enter (without the quotation marks): ".\lodctr.exe /R"
    6. Go back to the folder where you extracted PredatorSense
    7. Go into like "PredatorSense UWP" folder. (Or find similar folder which has APPXBUNDLE file type
    8. Run APPXBUNDLE file
    9. After that, PredatorSense immediately launched, and now it's back on my Taskbar, running every time I click on it.

    If issue persists then,

Download and install the latest version of Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable, specifically versions 2015, 2017, 2019, and 2022. You need to install both x86 and x64 version. This is necessary for the PredatorSense application to function properly. You can find it on the Microsoft website here.

If this still doesn't work, try downloading and installing the Microsoft Visual C++ All-in-One pack. If PredatorSense need a specific version not available above then this will help, use the link I provided to download and install the latest Visual C++ All-in-One pack:

Yes, you can generally use PredatorSense on Windows 11 for your Predator PO3-620. However, some users have reported issues with the app not launching or claiming incompatibility, particularly if the driver downloaded from the Acer website is only for Windows 10.

Here's what you can try if you're experiencing problems:
    Troubleshooting Steps:
    Ensure compatibility:
Some users found that the Windows 10 driver was not compatible with Windows 11. Check the Acer website for the latest driver and software, including a version specifically for Windows 11.
    Uninstall and reinstall:
Try uninstalling the PredatorSense app and service, then reinstalling the latest version.
    Run in compatibility mode:
If the app still doesn't launch, try running the installer in compatibility mode for Windows 10.
    Check Care Center:
Some users reported finding the PredatorSense app within the Care Center app, which is pre-installed on some Acer devices.
    Refer to Acer's support:
If the issue persists, check the Acer support website for specific troubleshooting steps for your model.
    If the issue persists:
    Check your system specs:
Make sure your PC meets the minimum system requirements for the latest PredatorSense version.
    Try a different installation method:
Some users reported success by using the MSI file of the installer instead of the direct download.
