Predator Sense application not found for model PH315-52-75R0

Recently my laptop got crashed due to software malfunction and when i gave it to the store to repair, the technician has rebooted up everything and i noticed today that the predator sense application is nowhere in the system. I have checked in C drive ,but i couldn't find .So i tried installing by visiting the acer homepage and gave in my S/N # but it doesn't showup any application related to predator sense. How do i reinstall the application. Where can i get the link to download the application. i installed Microsoft visual C++ x64 and x86 . based on the few suggestions from acer community , but i couldn't able to download nor find the Predator sense application. Currently i am running on Windows 11 Home
Laptop Specs: NVDIA Geforce GTX 1660ti , predator helios 300,Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9750H CPU @ 2.60GHz 2.59 GHz

Hi, if you click on Windows10 OS on the Acer Support page for your laptop model you will see PredatorSense 2020/07/06 3.00.3136 that is the only version available for your 2019 system, that version won't run in Windows11 so either you reinstall Windows10 and use the PredatorSense application on your laptop or you continue with Windows11 without PredatorSense till Acer releases a new BIOs update (the latest BIOS is 5 years old so not very realistic).
