Hello Acer Support Team,

I just received your email confirming that my Chromebook (Serial #   NXAYTAA002XXXXXXXXXXXX  , CaseID  XXXXXXXUS  ) is approved for repair under warranty. However, I did not see a prepaid shipping label attached. Could you please send me the return label or let me know if I need to ship it at my own expense?
