nitro ANV15-51 the load on the processor and RAM is not displayed

The task manager shows everything, but nitrosense does not. I bought the laptop less than a month ago (nitro ANV15-51)

    Welcome,

    Try performance counter reset:

    1) Close the NitroSense app;

    2) Open a Command Prompt / Windows Terminal (Administrator mode);

    3) Type these commands (copy & paste):

    %SystemRoot%\System32\lodctr.exe /R
    %SystemRoot%\SysWow64\lodctr.exe /R
    winmgmt.exe /RESYNCPERF
    

    4) Restart your computer.

    This should not be happening to a new laptop, make sure that your ANV15-51 has the last bios version 1.26 installed and then uninstall the existing Nitro Sense from Control Panel completely and then reinstall version 5.0.1473_20241009 and see if the Nitro Sense works fully, otherwise and I know that you are in Russia, send your laptop to the below Acer Tech Support agent.
