My Acer Aspire 15 runs very slowly and freezes during uploads, Is it defective or should I return?

My brand new Acer often runs very slowly, even freezing up when uploading photographic content. Is this a common characteristice or should I try to return it? How do I return a defective computer?

Hi, depending on the country you have 15 days from the delivery date to return your laptop to the retailer to claim a full refund. In the Philippines this is 7 days only. After that period you can raise a repair under warranty ticket online with Acer Support in your country and wait for instructions by e-mail. Alternatively take the laptop to an Acer Services point in your country to reset the system to factory default free of charge or for a small service fee.
