Hi, next time you post something big, better attach the file or insert it as an "Inline" image: The bug check indicates that the kernel has detected the corruption of a critical data structure. Bug Check 0x139 KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE - Windows drivers | Microsoft Learn Check Critical Errors in Event Viewer after a failed boot if there is a particular driver mentioned. Also check the memory and this model is from January 2021, you may want to replace the battery after 4 years,

Try a hard reset as your laptops EC, Chipset or bios chips could be frozen and a hard reset should unfreeze these chips and allow your laptop to boot properly. Do the steps below:

Hard Reset - Remove the eleven (11) screws from the base cover to the upper case of your Nitro AN515-45 laptop, starting from the upper side, pry to release the upper side latches, continue releasing the remaining latches. Then remove the lower case.

Press the power key for 15 seconds to release all power to the laptop and then disconnect the main battery cable from the mainboard, then take the main battery out, then disconnect the RTC/BIOS battery and then short the bios batteries + & - pins at the mainboard plug (as shown at the red circled plug below) to reset CMOS and then take all the ram out.

    image.png

Leave the laptop like that for at least 30min so that the EC, Chipset and bios chips reset completely and then reconnect everything, if you have 2x ram modules, only connect 1x ram module and alternate the two ram modules and see if its not the ram that is faulty and its restricting your laptop from booting, as and if the rest was successful, the laptop should turn on and boot properly with windows booting.

If the hard reset doesn't fix the boot problem, then either your bios needs to reprogrammed or the EC chips needs to be also reprograming or the EC chip is shorted and needs replacing, which any experienced and competent technician can do. Good luck and hope this helps you out to solve this problem.
