po5-640 long beeping noise coming from motherboard

i recently just changed the cpu cooler in my device and i was moving around a lot of the parrrs in the pc, but now when i try to turn it on it turns red and one long beeping noise coming is coming from the pc, what is wrong?

    One long continuous beep, generally means that there is a memory related fault which can prevent your PO5-640 desktop from starting up. Check the ram and its placements and make sure that you have inserted the ram modules like in the below list and also check that the ram pins are not damaged (clean them also) as that could cause a ram error post boot. Good luck.

    Try to clear the CMOS as is instructed by Acer below and see if this fixes the long beep issue:

    Otherwise there are many other troubleshooting steps to fix these issues that are too many to list here and that you can or can't fix yourself, best is to take your desktop to an experienced technician that can pinpoint the exact fault of your desktop and fix them.
