Acer Nitro AN517-55 unstable after 10-15min of gaming

id want to lock the gpu core clock because as you can see on the graph it is really unstable so i tryed locking the clock on msi afterburner but after about 10-15mins, the "lock" disable itself and it becomes unstable again

I have this laptop with me, power brick says 330w yet I can see reported on msi afterburner not more then 120w total (with the added 40w of the cpu) before it starts acting weird until it shuts down on its own, I tryed locking the core clock of the gpu but after 15min not even of playing games it’s like the limit doesn’t exist and starts bugging really badly

Can't see anything clearly. Monitor CPU/GPU temperatures like shown in below guide. Then check CPU/Gpu temperatures GPUbtemperaturewhen this happens.

The temps arent the problem as far as i can tell because i put fans to max with a cooling pad from spirit of gamer and sure cpu hit 90 pretty often but the gpu max is like 70-80°C
