Hi, I don't recommend using Acer apps, REVO or Intel's DSA programs for updating drivers but to only rely on Windows11 Optional updates, install Bios version 1.18, upgrade Windows11 to version 24H2, get the latest PredatorSense version from the Microsoft Store and you will be OK, I have the same PHN16-71 laptop with i5 CPU. To roll back the iGPU driver you can either download DDU freeware and uninstall the Intel driver in Safe Mode and just reboot (click on the "Clean and restart" option in DDU) or do a System restore in Windows, type Create a restore point in Search and click on "System Restore" with a date before May 30 2025 (see picture).

Hi, go ahead and install those Acer firmware and BIOS updates. Try to completely remove DSA bloatware from you laptop, it won't be easy as DSA remnants will remain in the registry, maybe Intel offers a DSA uninstall program that you can download.
