My Acer swift go 14 AI (SFG14-01).
I am unable to use DTS sound app on my laptop.
It's showing "DAP2 is not currently installed or does have a valid license. Please contact your hardware manufacturer for assistance "
Help me to resolve this issue.

Yes, the DTS X whatever it is? That is included with Win-11 is a mystery of how it works? As it doesn't work with my Predator Neo Win-11 also. Use the FREE FXSound sound enhancer as that works perfectly and is a very good software, so try that, as its great with Windows Media Player for all sound types.

Personally I uninstalled everything Acer related, including all folders, regedit entries, everything. I didn't find \DTS useful when I compared sound with Windows Spatial Sound and Windows Sonic For Headphones, which are built-in features. I tested listening audio (on headphones) + movies

Go to task manager and see if DTS Audio Processing is enabled in the startup tab.
