I spoke to one of your representatives yesterday and he advise I need to update our proof of purchase.

Case # 1557688US

How do I do that.

    • Locate the confirmation email or case email from the support team.

    • Reply directly to that email and attach your proof of purchase (PDF, photo, or scanned receipt).

    • If no email is available, visit the support portal of the company handling the case (e.g., Logitech, if this is a Logitech case), log in, go to “My Cases”, select Case #1557688US, and use the option to upload documents or add a comment.
