hi everyone. I’m trying to help an elderly neighbour. This all in one c24 keeps booting to advanced options. I’ve tried all the options/ been into bios etc but think my only option is to download the recovery media. This device is out of warranty. Can you download an iso from somewhere ?

What is the exact Aspire C24-xxxx AIO computers model number. Start by going to this guide here and use these two methods to get into these modes of either "Enter Advanced Startup (WinRE) on Windows 11 from Automatic Repair" or "Using Advanced Startup (WinRE) on Windows 11" as that will get you into the Advanced Options and you can access the command prompt and try to repair the boot drive with CHKDSK utility or do a Startup Repair.

If the C24 AIO computers boot drive is damaged then you won't be able to fix that through these options as you will need a completely new drive and a new windows installation. Good luck and hope this helps you out.

Note: if the boot drive is faulty and has valuable data on it that needs to be recovered, take the boot drive out and get a professional data recovery technician to recover the data, don't attempt to recover the data yourself as it will damage the valuable data, as these technicians can recover up 100% of the data on the damaged drive.
