I bought my Acer Nitro ANV15-41 R280 two months ago and right after few days, when i tried to run heavy games like NFS Heat or Run, it used to shut down automatically sometimes after few minutes after CPU temp hitting 82 degrees. I had not seen my temps going more than 82 even in BIOS. I did everything to fix but was sure that its hardware issue. After complaining and writing few mails with screenshot of Event viewer error logs, they finally sent a person with spare motherboard. After replacing, I noticed that the temperature was being able to go above 83 and up to 99 in BIOS. I updated BIOS to 1.15 to 1.17 also. But after few hours, I noticed that the temperature is not going back to normal when in idle. I have seen my laptop at 32-38 degrees, not more than that when nothings running. But now, It stays at 48 and goes up to 60 in idle mode.

I am not sure what's the reason now, maybe the person dropped the cooling paste less or more than required, maybe he has not fixed the heatsink well OR is it because the update of BIOS to 1.17? Is this update bringing this issue? Please help. Should I go to center for repasting it or should i wait?
