Hello everyone, I've been using Acer aspire 5 for daily use and a short gaming

There's an issue lately that I can't solved it, my laptop always lagging when it plugged in (charging). I've been edited my power plan even I've bought a new charger, and it still doesn't help. Is there any solution for this?

[Edited the thread to add model name and issue detail to the title.]

Hi, don't use a USB-C charger but only use the power adapter brick that came with the laptop, keep the adapter plugged in 24/7 and make sure that the battery is always fully charged to 100%. When the battery is depleted and the power adapter is fast charging the power to the CPU may be throttling trying to preserve energy. Don't use Acer Care Center battery Optimiztion-80% battery charge limiting and update BIOS.
