Accidentally uninstalled DTS X ultra application on my Acer Predator Helios neo 16 2023, I can't find the application in the Acer driver page.

    Just reinstall your acer realtek audio driver by using the setup.exe or cmd command script. It will "buy" you the app. Then run Microsoft Store to pull the app.

    @JoshuaSawian

    Completely uninstall the Current Audio Driver
    Open Device Manager, Press Windows + X and select Device Manager. Expand the section “Sound, video and game controllers.” Right-click on Realtek Audio. Select Uninstall device. Check the Delete Option, In the uninstall dialog box, check the box for “Delete the driver software for this device.” Click Uninstall. Repeat if Necessary. If there are other entries like "DTS Audio Effects Component", uninstall them too.
    Restart Your PC, Restart to fully remove the driver from memory.

    Reinstall the Correct Audio Driver with DTS:X Ultra support. Predator PHN16-71 downloads
    Run the installer and follow the prompts. Restart your PC.

    I hope this helps! If this was useful, please hit 'Yes' or 'Like'! Thanks! 😊

    It is people like you who indiscriminately tell people to uninstall/delete stuff and expect windows to magically reinstall stuff for them that caused OP's problem.

    Microsoft created a function called driver roll back.
