Why is Warranty expired in Recently Purchased Acer A315-59 Laptop?

Dear Acer Support Team,

I recently purchased a new Acer laptop from Amazon, but I noticed that the warranty status on your website shows as expired. I believe this is due to the system not recognizing the correct purchase date.

Here are the relevant details:

  • Model: A315-59
  • Date of Purchase: 18/05/25
  • Country of Purchase: Dubai
  • Place of Purchase: Amazon ae

I have tried contacting acer support but no reply. Please someone help me here should i return it? I can share original invoice of the purchase.
