Hey peeps

I have a Nitro N50-610, will include specs. I need to turn on the internal Graphics but when I go into the bios it doesn't even allow me to select the graphics controller. Looking online it seems my CPU does support it so not sure why I cannot select it.

The reason why you can't select the "Onboard Graphics Controller > Enabled or Disabled settings is because you have an Acer N50-610 mainboard with an NVidia GTX1650 gpu mainboard that only runs on a dedicated gpu graphics, and your N50-610 is a model that came with a mainboard that is dedicated to working with a discrete gpu only. yes, your i5-11400 has the inbuilt Intel® UHD Graphics 730 and should work, but from what we've experienced from other community posts, Acer must have different mainboards for the dedicated gpu graphics to the integrated cpu graphics boards.

Allot of community members have complained about this issue on other Nitro desktop models too. It seems that Acer must have a different bios/mainboard version for mainboards that come with a dedicated gpu or cpu graphics and the cpu graphics board bios can't be changed to work with a discrete gpu graphics and visa versa.

I'm not 100% sure about this (so do further research) as even when these boards bios has been upgraded the same is happening and this setting is greyed out or in your case its not there, from previous posts that community members have posted. Good luck and hope you can find a solution for this, if you do, please post what the solution was.
