My SNID is not recognized. Any reason? I tried with both SNID- in front and just the nunber.

The title section above says "Question." Shouldn't it say Title or something like that?

    Use the SNID as its written either on the sticker on the back of your laptop or on your other Acer products as its required to register your Acer product. If you can't register your Acer product online then contact Acer in your country and ask for guidance of how to register your Acer product. Good luck.

    I was able to register my laptop.

    I was not able to input the SNID on this site.
