Hi, if your laptop is the ANV15-51 it has a Realtek audio chip using driver version 6.0.9683.1 from 2024/09/24. Uninstall all (audio) drivers with a yellow exclamation triangle and any Unknown or Other Devices in Device Manager and just reboot, Windows11 should install the correct drivers. Check that BIOS is updated with the new version 1.26. If still no sound download DDU from Wagnardsoft.com and in Safe Mode uninstall all Realtek audio drivers (see picture), don't download anything Windows will reinstall the drivers or show as Optional Updates when you Check for updates in Windows.

The audio in your Nitro v15 laptop is governed by the Realtek audio driver and the Intel and NVidia drivers, so what you need to do is completely uninstall these drivers and install the oem Acer listed drivers from the Nitro v15 Acer Drivers and Manuals page for your exact Nitro v15 model, as doing this will reinstate your audio and afterwards windows update, will update these drivers to the most compatible drivers suitable for your Nitro v15 looptop. Good luck and hope this helps you out.

This is the typical Device Manager audio drivers for a gaming laptop like your Nitro v15

If the Nitro 15 isn't detecting any audio devices and Intel/Windows services aren't starting, try these steps:
Hard Reset: Unplug the power adapter, press and hold the power button for 30 seconds, and then reconnect the adapter and try booting.
Update Audio Drivers: Go to Device Manager, find "Sound, video and game controllers", and right-click the audio device to update the driver.
Run Audio Troubleshooter: Use the built-in troubleshooter in Windows to diagnose and fix audio issues.
Check BIOS: Ensure the audio device is enabled in the BIOS settings.
Reinstall Audio Driver: If updating doesn't work, try uninstalling and then reinstalling the audio driver from the manufacturer's website.
Check for Compatibility Issues: Ensure the driver is compatible with your operating system.
Run System File Checker: Use the System File Checker (SFC) tool to scan for and repair corrupted system files.
Check for Malware: Run a virus scan to rule out malware interfering with the audio system.
Check for Conflicting Programs: Identify and disable any programs that might be conflicting with the audio drivers.
Reinstall Windows: If all else fails, consider a clean installation of Windows.
